1. How long will it take to receive my items?

All of our items are handmade when ordered. Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order. 

2. What are "baby proof" bows?

All of our bows are baby proof, meaning that the bow is sewn and can't come untied when your little cutie tugs on them. 

3. Do you have different sizes or styles than what is shown on the website?

We can custom size any bow or bottom for children all the way up to adults. Please send us an email at support@cutiesclothing.com to request a custom order. Please be advised that special pricing may apply. 

4. What is Cutie's return policy?

All sales are final. We will not accept returns or exchanges. 

5. What if there is something wrong with my order?

We search for charities that are close to our hearts. We do our research to make sure that they are a reputable organization.
